In 2009, Adam co-founded the company Rocky Mountain Restoration with the vision of bringing professionalism and empathy to the disaster restoration industry. Starting out of his garage, he built the 24/7 business to 30 trucks and 60 employees. Through blood, sweat, and tears, and a lot of help from team members and strategic partners, Adam was able to build a successful business and become a nationally recognized leader in the disaster restoration industry.
In 2022, Adam made the strategic decision to sell the business to Highground Restoration Group out of Irvine, Texas, a national leader in the restoration industry. After many years of hard work, Adam felt it was the best move to make for the team at the high-growth company, and felt that Highground would be the best steward to carry the company forward and support its rapid growth into the coming years.
Following the sale of the business, Adam was working to figure out what was next. He realized that his passion is helping business owners to build great businesses and helping them to avoid common mistakes and pitfalls. In 2023 Uncommon Companies was founded with the vision of offering help to entrepreneurs to avoid pain, create wealth, and live their best life, by offering a pragmatic approach to strategic planning and leadership development.
Today Adam works as the founder and CEO to support entrepreneurs that are ambitious, humble, and serious about building something great. His greatest passions continue to be disrupting industries, helping business owners and their leadership teams to fulfill their ambitions, and improving the community by delivering uncommon business solutions for entrepreneurs.
Adam is a 5th generation Arizonan, and currently lives in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife and three children. He enjoys travelling with his family and exploring the outdoors, as well as a round of golf or hike in the mountains when he can sneak away.
